Future Rescue Stations & Fire Companies for Spotsylvania County, VA

Fire Company & Rescue Station 1:

New combined station in the courthouse area. Currently under construction.

Fire Company & Rescue Station 4:

New combined station on Falcon Drive. Work initiates on 7/11/05.

Fire Company & Rescue Station 5:

Plans, currently, are to build on top of the current Company 5. Company 5 would be relocated for one year at the new Company/Station 10 in Salem Fields. This is not approved yet.

Fire Company & Rescue Station 10:

New Fire Company & Rescue Station located in the Salem Fields area. Construction began in December 2006 with plans of completion in Winter 2007.

Fire Company & Rescue Station 11:

New Fire Company & Rescue Station located in the Lee Hill area. Dependent on funding.

Fire Company & Rescue Station 12:

New Fire Company & Rescue Station located in the Shady Grove area. Dependent on funding.
